Angel Wings by Jean Penner
I've heard the sound of angel wings,
Listen; they're fluttering near!
As the gentle voice of a Father called,
'Behold, my child, I'm here.'
His grace flew near in good times,
Bringing laughter and cheer,
Like the wings of a dove,
He sent His love,
Fluttering through the years.
His grace flew near a marriage,
Bringing the songs of joy,
With the wings of a dove,
He built a love,
Which time cannot destroy.
His grace flew near a family,
Given them children dear,
On the wings of a dove,
He watched with love,
Keeping them safe each year.
His grace flew near the aging,
Caring as though his own,
To the wings of a dove,
He guided with love,
An angel to a heavenly home.
His grace flew near in darkness,
When a fortress was needed to hide,
In the wings of a dove,
He kept His loves,
Safely by his side.
I've heard the sound of angel wings,
Listen; they're fluttering near!
For The gentle voice of the Father calls,
'Behold, my child is here! '
Dance Me To The End Of Love
by Leonard Cohen
Dance me to your beauty with a burning violin
Dance me through the panic 'til I'm gathered safely in
Lift me like an olive branch and be my homeward dove
Dance me to the end of love
Dance me to the end of love
Born Again by Cassandra Mitchum
Born again Lord, you say,
How can I be born again?
Am I a baby in my mother's womb.
How can I live again?
Come into my world, humble like a child.
Let me cleanse you, let the Spirit come down upon you as
a loving dove.
Let your world be a new world.
Let His light shine upon you from above.
Let the Spirit of Christ burn within you.
Your soul crying, your heart being renewed.
Born
again my child, Born Again, Born Again.
Angels by Virginia M. King
Angels of mercy, Angels of love
God's Holy Messengers from above
Guard and protect me throughout the night
And lead me into His heavenly light.
Angels before me guiding my way
angels behind, that I, don't go astray
Angels beneath me lifting me up
Angels above, overflowing my cup.
Angels beside me holding my hands
Thank you dear God for your heavenly bands
You, with your gossamer wings, like a dove
Carry my prayer to heaven above.
A White Rose by John Boyle O'Reilly
The red rose whispers of passion,
And the white rose breathes of love;
O, the red rose is a falcon,
And the white rose is a dove.
But I send you a cream-white rosebud
With a flush on its petal tips;
For the love that is purest and sweetest
Has a kiss of desire on the lips

Some we hold quite near and dear, others we keep away.
Some inspire a Passionate love, others reveal our fear.
All are tied to the Earth and sun, and circle ‘round with us.
Lets sing and dance and Celebrate, the wondrous web of life,
That lives, and loves, and carries on, If given half a chance.
They flit and fly, divide and grow, we cherish Everyone.
Now life will rise, to our delight, and circle in the Sky,
and carry HOME our hopes and dreams-- JOY for EARTH and LIFE.
