2008 Service Area

Doves Above currently has birds trained for towns 30-50 miles from Decorah in northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota. If your event is located outside this area, please call or e-mail to see if we can get birds trained to your area in time for your event.

Our birds must be released from your event with enough time to return home before dark. A rough estimate of the time needed is color-coded on the map.

Our birds need about 2 minutes for each mile they fly to Decorah. So a release in Calmar, 11 miles away, needs to be done at least 22 minutes before sunset.
